Terms of Service

By accessing or using Return on Wager ("ROW," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at returnonwager.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 208 Power LLC.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to engage in speculative activities such as sports betting or options trading, whichever is greater) to use ROW. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit users under 18 to register. If we discover a user is underage, we will terminate the account immediately.

ROW is an analytical tracking and journaling platform for speculators. It allows users to:

• Log and track their own wagers, trades, and predictions • Monitor profit/loss (P&L) performance over time • Receive risk scores and analytical insights based on user-entered data • Journal decision-making notes for personal review

ROW is not a sportsbook, does not place wagers on your behalf, does not execute trades, and is not affiliated with any gambling operator or brokerage. ROW does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation to place any bet, trade, or wager. All decisions are yours alone.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@returnonwager.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.

ROW offers subscription plans processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, per the plan you select). • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law. • Price Changes: We will provide at least 14 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until the outstanding balance is resolved.

ROW is an informational and organizational tool only. We make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any data, risk score, or analytical output. Past performance data logged in ROW does not predict future results. You assume all risk associated with your speculative activities. ROW is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or gambling operator.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 or legally prohibited from engaging in speculative activities • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform • Upload false, misleading, or illegal data • Use the Service to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission

All content, features, and functionality of ROW, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by 208 Power LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 208 Power LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@returnonwager.io. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
