Return on Wager ("ROW," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using returnonwager.io, you agree to the practices described here.

a. Account Information When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). You may optionally provide additional profile details.

b. User-Entered Wager and Trade Data ROW is a journaling platform. Any wagers, trades, prediction entries, P&L figures, notes, or other speculative records you log are stored on our servers to provide the Service to you. This data is voluntarily submitted by you.

c. Billing Information Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or payment details on our servers. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

d. Usage Analytics We collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and feature interactions. This helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it over time.

e. Cookies and Similar Technologies We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and gather aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Service functionality.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account • Provide, operate, and improve the Service • Process subscription payments through Stripe • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, password resets) • Analyze usage patterns to improve features and performance • Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your wager or trade data to provide you with betting tips, financial recommendations, or any form of advisory service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data with:

• Stripe, to process subscription payments • Infrastructure and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations • Analytics providers, in aggregated or anonymized form only • Law enforcement or government authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public

Any third-party processors we engage are required to handle your data only as instructed by us and in compliance with applicable privacy law.

We retain your account and user-entered data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it longer by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, which may be retained for up to 7 years).

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data. • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. • Data Export: Request an export of your wager/trade journal data in a portable format. • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from any non-transactional communications at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

ROW is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us at contact@returnonwager.io.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., sportsbooks, brokerages, prediction markets). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies independently.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date and, where changes are material, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Ada County, Idaho.
